Hey, I’m Charisse! The Catalyst Coach | Life Alchemist | Illuminator and Founder/CEO of this dream called Grace + Grit Unlimited®. My mission is to help you develop healthy self-love, which is the foundation of all relationships, know and own who you are, and to thrive in life. What's my motivation? Knowing I was born for something, but feeling like I didn’t fit in. Living out an unhealthy self-sacrificing pattern in relationships that left me wanting, drained, and unseen. The sinking feeling I had looking at the dreams written in my journal that I had not yet achieved due to subconscious self-limiting beliefs. Heartbreak and pain throughout my life, but then discovering I actually had a SUPEROWER to transmute pain into power. I always came out better and wiser! Every experience I encountered in every area of my life was a teacher, and I was a good student.
All of it prepared me for MY NOW! As a certified Transformation and Relationship Coach with 25+ years of positional leadership experience working in corporate, private and public sectors, I’ve had the awesome opportunity of leading people to accomplish organizational mission and goals, and coaching people in their personal and professional growth and development. My greatest joy is the moment people uncover WHO they are at their core and their WHY...their whole being comes alive. This is the flame of purpose waiting to be lit and set ablaze in you!
